Our November competition is a highlight of our calendar, drawing top talent and participation. In 2026, we will elevate this event by moving YNE Worlds to the November Open slot, making it our divisional championship.
With new restrictions from the Open British Championships, it’s essential to provide a prestigious platform for our lifters. To ensure high performance and manage demand, we are introducing a clear qualifying process, allowing the best athletes in our division to compete and helping our November championship become our flagship event.
Qualifying process
We analysed all 2025 competition data and established a fair and achievable qualifying threshold for most of the division.
There are two pathways of qualification:
- Achieve a minimum of 70 GLP either at or after the Nov Open 2025
- Win Best Lifter at YNE Worlds 2025
All age classes must meet 70 GLP. Equipped lifters who can achieve 70 GLP are welcome to enter and place within their category, but they cannot compete for the Best Lifter award.
This competition will not offer bench-only entries.
