Committee Restructure
Revamp the structure of the division committee by reorganising existing roles and creating new ones. Clearly define expectations and separate responsibilities. Positions are open for immediate application.

Executive Team
The Executive Team oversees the collaboration among AGMs, providing leadership and direction for the division while actively engaging in day to day operations.
Chair Person
Ant White
- Strategic leadership, governance, external relations (EPA/BP, and international bodies)
- Empower committee initiatives to develop the division
- Safeguarding lead at the top level
Finance Director
Gemma Gibson
- Manages accounts, audits, fees, invoices, sponsorship revenue
- Oversees merchandise finances (but branding/operations handled elsewhere)
Competitions & Operations Director
Matt Dempsey
- Sets up competitions, manages calendar
- Oversees health & safety, safeguarding in events
- Works with venue providers and franchise/affiliate hosts
Technical & Compliance Director
Joanne Frost
- Assign referees for divisional competitions
- Monitor performance and uphold referee standards
- Anti-doping compliance
- Organise referee courses and nominate referees for progression
Growth & Engagement Director
Tarrin Wilson
- Media, social media, website, livestreams
- Merchandise (branding + logistics)
- Sponsorship and partnerships
- Junior & university outreach (via subcommittee)
